How to view your subscriptions 

  1. Log In: Go to the epres Login Page and sign in. If you haven't set up an account yet, you must register using the same email address you used for your subscription.
  2. Manage Subscriptions: Once logged in, navigate to the "Manage My Subscriptions" section.

How to cancel a subscription

  1. Cancel: Select the active subscription you wish to stop and click "Cancel Subscription".
  2. Confirm: Follow any remaining prompts to confirm the cancellation. You should receive a confirmation email once successful.

Important Timing & Policies

  • Cut-off Date: Cancellations must be made before the order is processed for the next cycle. 
  • No Obligation: Subscriptions can be modified or cancelled at any time with no long-term commitment.
  • Refunds: Generally, payments are non-refundable once an order is submitted because the system begins processing immediately. However, if you are dissatisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of the transaction date by contacting info@epres.com.
