• • Pour one concentrate vial into epres™ spray bottle.
• • Fill with tap, distilled or bottled water as you prefer.
• • Attach sprayer and shake well. 
• • Spray product onto dry, unwashed hair until fully saturated.
• • Leave on at least 10 minutes. (Yes, you can sleep in it!)

Simply follow your normal routine. Depending on your hair type, you could use the duo anywhere from once a day to twice a week. And because they don't leave a sticky coating of buildup, you may find that you need to shampoo less frequently.
